I Went to the Hansel location in Erlanger on a whim and was so happy to receive a haircut by Danielle. She took the time, had a great technique and treated me with kindness. She gave me the best hair cut I've had in about 4 years! I showed her a picture of an old haircut that I loved. She looked at it once and recreated it exactly! So rare! Will be coming back again!

I brought my 9 year old son in to get a summer haircut and we were both thrilled with our experience. I take him to Great Clips for all his haircuts and we haven't had a bad experience but today seemed different. The young lady who cut his hair couldn't have been nicer and clearly knew how little patience a kid can have. She was quick but didn't rush anything and she didn't sacrifice quality for speed. My son said his haircut was "fire" which I understand is a good thing. I didn't catch her name but she did a fantastic job today and our experience today was top notch!

I visited this great clips with my self esteem in the you know what. I had many tangles and one in particular I couldn’t get out by myself. Kyle is young and stylish and I was super embarrassed I thought he might want to let a woman work with me. He and a young woman both got my tangles out. They made me laugh and downplayed the issues I brought with me. Kyle took his time to wash my hair, giving me lots of tips, and gave a me a much needed great clip! I’m grateful to Kyle for his kindness and talent. He’s a treasure, thank you 😊
